1)The trade in discount offered in the website is our initial offer only. The final offer price may vary depending on our representative evaluating your old iPad as working or non working one. The decision of our representative will be final.
2) iPads and accessories cannot be returned once received
3) Please ensure that you remove your SIM card prior to completing any transaction and handing over the old iPad to our representative for recycling. Any SIM cards received will be destroyed
4) Foneswap team may in its sole discretion refuse to accept any product for trade-in
5) An ID proof (e.g. Labor card/driving license/emirates id/passport) should be made available to our representative at the time of trade in for the identity verification and it is a mandatory requirement of the program.
6) Details of products suspected of being stolen may be referred to the appropriate authorities for further investigation and no payment will be made.
7) At a time only one iPad will be allowed to trade in by an individual.

10) 12 months warranty is provided for iPad2 purchases through this program. The defective unit need to be handed over to us along with the proof of purchase for repairs and may take up to 6 weeks for completing the repairs.
