- The participating retail outlet sales advisor shall determine whether a mobile phone/ Laptop is working or non-working and credit shall be made accordingly.
- Mobile phones, Laptops and accessories cannot be returned once received.
- Please ensure that you remove your SIM card and memory card prior to completing any transaction and handing the handset to the retailer for recycling. Any SIM or memory cards received will be destroyed.
- The retailer may in its sole discretion refuse to accept old mobile handsets/ Laptops.
- An ID proof (e.g. Labor card/driving license/emirates id/passport) should be made available to the retailer at the time of trade-in for the identity verification and it is a mandatory requirement of the program.
- Details of mobile phones/ Laptops suspected of being stolen may be referred to the appropriate authorities for further investigation and no payment will be made.
- At a time only one mobile phone, Laptop will be allowed to trade-in by an individual.
